The Pocket Sax makes "Best in Show" for NAMM!

Peter Gamber lauds the Xaphoon

The Pocket Sax continues to make waves around the world. In January, 2007, it was exhibited for the first time at the world-famous NAMM musical industry trade show at the Anaheim Convention Center in California. To say that it was enthusiastically received is an understatement -- the booth was flooded with people non-stop and those who walked by absolutely couldn't believe the sound which came from such a small instrument! The booth wasn't fancy by any means, but we did sign up a significant number of new retail stores worldwide as a result.

A 5-person NAMM team scoured the show floor for three days (hardly enough time to see everything - that's how big NAMM is!) and on the 4th day they announced their pics for the "Best in Show" awards. The first category was "Small Goods Rule!", and panel member Pete Gamber stood up and sung the praises of the Pocket Sax to the audience: It's small, portable, sounds great, and is brilliantly simple!
